Today on The Overwhelm Cure, we're diving into something super important, and honestly, something I think we all wrestle with at some point: knowing when to seek professional support. 

I've had a lot of conversations lately, both with clients and in my own life, about feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn. It got me thinking about how hard it can be to admit we need help and what that journey actually looks like.

So, I thought it would be really helpful to break down some of those barriers we put up and talk about the incredible value of reaching out to a psychologist when things get tough for you.
